Thanks for your patience, Android users! Many of you were complaining that Five Psalms no longer runs on newer versions of Android. Almost a year ago, I was planning to release v2 of Five Psalms, but only got so far as distributing it to a few beta testers, then I got caught up with the nonstop busyness of life. I finally had a chance this month to bring it across the finish line for Android only. This is a completely new rewrite of Five Psalms from the ground up, which also features a new date picker as well as a new Spanish Bible version (Reina Valera Actualizada (RVA)).
Note: In order to upgrade to this new version, you will have to uninstall Five Psalms first, and then install it again here from the Play Store.
Sorry, iOS users, you'll have to be patient as I find time to get the iOS version of Five Psalms v2 working. (But at least v1 still works for you!)
A prominent display of God’s common grace is His gift of technology, which has improved our quality of life in countless ways. Like many other God-given gifts, technology can be used either for God’s glory or for God’s displeasure. My focus is to leverage technology for the edification of the body of Christ (Eph 4:11-16), and aim to develop apps that help (1) Christians to grow in their love for Christ and His Word (Phil 1:9-11), (2) pastors and ministers to rightly handle the word of truth (2 Tim 2:15), and (3) churches to shine as a pillar and buttress of the truth (1 Tim 3:15).
Bryant was born and raised in Rowland Heights, CA. God, in His amazing grace, chose to save this sinner during high school. Bryant went on to complete his B.A. at UCLA and M.S. at USC in Computational Linguistics. While serving in the local church, he discovered the incomparable joy of teaching the Bible and seeing it bear fruit in people’s lives (Colossians 1:28), which led him to obtain an M.Div. from The Master’s Seminary to be better equipped to feed and shepherd God’s people. He is a member of Immanuel Bible Church and works as a software engineer at Amazon. In his spare time, he enjoys good eats, basketball, writing apps, reading books, making sourdough, roasting/brewing coffee, learning languages, traveling, and especially spending time with his family. Bryant ministers with his wife Juliette and their four children.
